Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to internal policies, state and federal regulations, overseeing vendor management, providing compliance training, and serving as the CRA Officer to support community lending, especially in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. After onboarding, hybrid work arrangements are available, with onsite presence during core hours at least three days a week. Key Responsibilities Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Manage regulatory examinations and audits, and advise management on compliance issues. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on regulatory changes using tools like RegAdvisor Pro and coordinate process adjustments with business units. Quality Control: Develop and execute a proactive compliance review program, ensuring deficiencies are addressed. Training & Reporting: Oversee compliance training modules, HMDA data accuracy, and reporting requirements, including community development and small business loans. Community Reinvestment Act: Lead CRA initiatives, including needs assessment, program development, performance monitoring, and reporting. Chair the semi-annual CRA committee and prepare the annual public file. Supervision: Supervise 2 employees, providing leadership and guidance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of banking and compliance experience, or equivalent. Knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and audit processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software. Preferred CRCM certification.
