Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a new hot spot in Gramercy. The server must also know how to do some light bartending as well. They must be able to learn how to work the counter and be flexible. We are open 24 hours a day and busy 24/7. We are known for our Burgers and Shakes and can be busy up until 7 am the next day.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments using POS systems
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
