Immediate opening for experienced Water/Fire Restoration Technician

About Us!
We are a quickly growing, family owned, full-service restoration company. We deal with customers homes after they have been damaged by things like pipe burst, tornados, or hurricanes. We are seeking experienced technicians to join our team! If you do not have experience but are willing to work hard, learn, and grow feel free to contact us!

Pay
$28 to $32 per hour based on experience
$18-22 Entry level

Job Description
1st on site to emergency water/fire damage calls.
Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questions/needs/concerns
Supervise Production Technicians on their activities
Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
Manage and control costs of production projects
Ensure your company vehicle is cleaned and maintained
Set up, takedown, and monitor drying equipment 

Job Requirements:
Have a flexible schedule
Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team.
Honest and looking to work for an ethical business.
Experienced in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required for the right individual.
Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of our office in Bridgeview, IL
Valid driver’s license in required (no exceptions)
Must be able to drive a 16 foot box truck
Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
Must be willing to work on call and weekends on a rotating schedule with all other Crew Chiefs/Techs
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
