This position offers the perfect blend of design innovation and development challenges, with a focus on effective written and verbal communication. Key Responsibilities Design visually compelling, user‑centric websites that align with client branding and business goals. Develop responsive, high‑performance web applications using modern frameworks and best practices. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution from concept to launch. Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable website functionality and workflows. Implement accessibility and SEO best practices throughout the design and development process. Clearly articulate ideas and solutions through both written and verbal communication, fostering strong teamwork across hybrid locations. Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience in website design and full‑stack development. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Ability to write and speak clearly and persuasively, promoting collaboration within a hybrid team. Solid problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality digital products. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e‑commerce solutions. Experience with web performance optimization and analytics tools.
