About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Window and Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install a variety of windows and doors in residential homes while maintaining high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position requires a thorough knowledge of window and door installation processes, as well as an ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Location

· West Chester, PA

Compensation

· Hourly Rate: $25 - 32 per hour

· Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

· Install windows, doors, siding, and related products according to company standards and best practices

· Precisely remove old windows, doors, and other materials, and dispose of them properly

· Measure, cut, and fit materials as needed for accurate installations

· Ensure all installations meet safety and building code standards

· Complete job punch list assignments independently and maintain high-quality standards

· Communicate effectively with customers and office personnel

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly

· Assist in training junior installers on best practices and techniques

· Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in window and door installation, with a strong background in carpentry and construction

· Advanced knowledge of window and door products, installation techniques, and related materials

· Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including miter saws, table saws, and drills

· Skilled in operating a brake to fabricate and install custom capping for windows and doors, ensuring a precise fit and high-quality finish

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and instructions

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (for company vehicle use when required)

· Must be willing to travel to jobsites within a predetermined radius around the West Chester, PA area

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of standing and working outside in all types of weather

· Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, kneel, bend, and reach

· Must be able to lift heavy materials up to 100 pounds regularly
