Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation Defense. The attorney will be responsible for handling a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and engaging in negotiation and settlement discussions. The role also involves preparing for and representing clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
