Job Description

Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. • Guest Service: Warmly greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and resolve issues to create lasting memories. • Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare salads, sandwiches, soups, coffee, and other items according to brand standards, monitoring taste, temperature, and presentation. • Service & Stocking: Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments in buffet/service areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and appealing. • Cleanliness: Keep work areas, tables, beverage stations, and equipment clean, neat, and organized; clear tables and empty trash.
