Devise or modify procedures to solve moderately complex problems, which include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translating into proper business and/or system requirements. Communicates, verifies and gains approval of the requirements from stakeholders. Provides input to various other project documents such as project plans, estimates, readiness, or, defect management.
