About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Executive to join our Executive Management team. In this critical position, you will play a central role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and enforcing internal controls along with creating comprehensive policies and procedures for extending credit to our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of credit risk management—designing, executing, and communicating effective credit-related policies. You will also develop innovative strategies aimed at growing the loan portfolio while fostering a robust credit culture across various lending units.
Your responsibilities will include:
Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related field, with a preference for those possessing over ten years of experience in commercial, SBA, and consumer lending, underwriting, and credit administration. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
