• Educate clients on financial concepts, including life insurance, retirement strategies, and wealth accumulation.
• Assess clients’ goals, needs, and financial situations to develop customized plans.
• Present and recommend suitable life insurance and retirement solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
• Collaborate with other advisors and team members to improve client outcomes.
• Stay current on industry products, market trends, and financial tools.

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
