The candidate will craft and manipulate data assets by integrating diverse data sources, perform ad-hoc queries, and conduct in-depth analyses to deepen understanding of customer engagement. This role demands a strong partnership with product and business teams to align on requirements and KPIs. Key Responsibilities Deliver business insights by creating comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analyst views. Build new data assets by integrating data from multiple sources. Support ad-hoc data queries and conduct in-depth analyses for customer engagement insights. Analyze existing data sets to produce meaningful reports, insights, and diagnostics. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and KPIs effectively. Must-Have Skills Expertise in at least one BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI). Strong SQL abilities and familiarity with Hive/Hadoop or similar big data technologies. Proficient in Python coding and Excel. Industry Experience Experience in a subscription business model is preferred but not essential. Experience Level The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in analytics or BI roles, focusing on generating business reports and insights.
