We are looking for a dedicated Bi-Lingual Spanish Case Manager to support our client's South San Francisco location. In this role, you will provide critical support to clients by conducting assessments, developing comprehensive case plans, and connecting individuals with essential resources. Responsibilities: + Conduct client intake interviews, assessments, and develop individualized case plans to address diverse needs. + Provide crisis intervention and counseling to clients, assisting them with urgent challenges such as housing, health, income, and transportation. + Monitor client progress and advocate on their behalf to ensure access to necessary services and resources. + Assist clients with administrative tasks, including form completion, translation support, and drafting letters. + Maintain accurate and organized client records, both in physical files and digital databases, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. + Support front desk operations and contribute to the generation and analysis of statistical reports to measure program effectiveness. + Address client concerns, mentor staff and volunteers, and recommend improvements to case management processes. + Represent the organization professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders while upholding agency values. + Attend relevant training sessions, meetings, and maintain flexibility in working evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. + Report incidents promptly within established timelines and adapt to evolving responsibilities as assigned. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree in Social Work preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, with exposure to underserved or transient populations. + Familiarity with community services addressing homelessness, mental health, and substance abuse challenges. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn systems like Clarity Database and telecommunication tools. + Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside crisis and conflict management capabilities. + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred. + Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends. + Experience in nonprofit organizations or shelter facilities is highly value TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
