Duration:- 12 Months+
Pay range:- $55 - $58/hr. on W2
Job Description:
· The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility:
· Clinical Consulting Agreements.
· Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs).
Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
· Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
· Other contracts as identified, as needed
· Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
· Drafting and negotiation of contract terms.
· Ensuring compliance with client/Vendor Outsourcing process requirements.
· Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract.
· Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts.
· Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems.
