ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement and 2 out of 3 major holidays required
\n• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:1-2 ICU, PCU 1:4-5, and MS 1:5-6
\n• Float to all inpatient units excluding Maternity/NICU
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Must pass open book exam during orientation with 90% or higher score
\n• Navy blue scrub dress code required
\n• 2 shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
\n• Care for adults and pediatric patients over 15 years old
\n• Manage common diagnoses including respiratory failure, ARDS, sepsis, stroke, cardiogenic shock, and renal failure
\n• Required to titrate drips including vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
\n• Work with advanced equipment including CVPs, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, ICP monitoring, and ventilators
\n• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips independently
\n• Driver's license required and must live outside 50-mile radius
\n• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove results in contract termination
\n• Cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
