Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine and CCH Sales Tax to streamline financial operations.
• Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure proper transaction documentation.
• Perform accrual accounting tasks to accurately reflect business expenses.
• Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of balance sheet accounts and other financial records.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Concur expense reporting systems.
• Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity.
• Assist in implementing and improving accounting processes and controls.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.• Proven experience with accounting software systems, including BlackLine and CCH Sales Tax.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax operations and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and accrual accounting.
• Familiarity with auditing procedures and balance sheet account reconciliation.
• Experience with Concur expense reporting systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
