Job Title: Customer Pharmacy Technician

Pay Rate: $25/hr (W2)

Duration: 6 months (12/15/2025 – 6/15/2026)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (possible overtime)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) – Lake Mary, FL (commutable distance required)

Job Summary

The Sales Administration Analyst acts as the primary contact for internal and external customers, supporting specialty sales teams through relationship management, issue resolution, and operational support. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve customer issues, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customer and partnership-related inquiries
• Support customer retention and relationship management for strategic accounts
• Coordinate issue resolution including onboarding, account setup, pricing updates, returns, and billing
• Collaborate with sales teams to support organic growth initiatives
• Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely customer communication
• Participate in implementation meetings and provide process improvement solutions
• Maintain reports and act as SME for product and contract loads

Required Skills

• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
• High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience supporting sales teams
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM/E-commerce tools preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• SAP and logistics experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of process improvement experience

Education

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
