Your Role: Customer Service Representative – BDCAs a Customer Service Representative in our Business Development Center (BDC), you are the voice of Smith Auto Family—building relationships, scheduling appointments, and helping customers navigate their service and sales needs.
Daily Responsibilities· Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in person.
· Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism.
· Set appointments for service and sales departments.
· Follow up with no-shows and unsold leads.
· Accurately log customer interactions in VinSolutions CRM.
· Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor.
· Collaborate across departments to improve processes and outcomes.
Key Performance Metrics· Customer Satisfaction – Measured through reviews and feedback.
· Response Time – Fast, helpful communication.
· Appointment Setting – Sales and service booking targets.
· CRM Compliance – Clean and complete data entry.
