Job Description

Teaching: Responsible for teaching English according to the teaching plan and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of teaching. This includes preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, organizing classroom activities, and conducting after-class assessment and feedback. Teachers need to utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English proficiency and application skills.
Student management: pay attention to students' learning progress and performance, communicate with them in time to solve the problems they encounter in the learning process. Foreign teachers also need to understand the learning needs of students and develop personalized teaching plans according to their characteristics and levels.
Communicate with parents: Communicate with parents on a regular basis to provide feedback on students' learning and progress, and to understand parents' opinions and suggestions so as to better guide and serve students.
