You will be responsible for upkeep and repair of whole home standby generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. This includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections as well as diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving problems with generators, including fuel systems, electrical controls, and other components
• Installation: Assisting with the installation of new generators and related equipment

• Testing: Conducting load bank test and other assessments to ensure generators are functioning properly

• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

• Customer Service: Communicating effectively with customers and other team members.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication people and skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Generac certification required and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus
