POSITION SUMMARY
The Graduate Intern, Human Resources (HR) will play a key role in organizing and executing ESRT’s Undergraduate Summer Internship Program, while supporting broader Human Resources initiatives and operations. This position offers high visibility and collaboration with ESRT’s dynamic leaders and provides valuable, hands-on experience in program management and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented graduate student who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is eager to contribute to ESRT’s culture of excellence.
SCHEDULE:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week from start date through May 2026
Full-time: 40 hours per week beginning May 25, 2026, for the duration of the Summer Internship Program
Location: Onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY
RESPONSIBILITIESSalary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
