Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and orientation for new hires. Help organize and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events and company lunches. Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed. Preferred Qualifications of the HR Assistant: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred). 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
