Job Overview:
The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions and act as a trusted resource to both employees and management. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level HR professional seeking a role with meaningful impact and cross-functional exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, coaching, and performance concerns.
Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
Administer benefits enrollment and provide guidance to staff on benefits questions.
Ensure accurate HRIS data and assist in reporting/metrics.
Participate in policy development and employee engagement efforts.
Assist with training, onboarding, and compliance programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2–4 years of generalist HR experience.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
