Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
  • MUST have a minimum 1 year insurance customer service experience *REQUIRED*
  • MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated work station set up for an office
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Have the ability to answer client's questions efficiently and effectively.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty and/Life & Health Insurance license
