We are looking for a creative Garage & Storage Solutions Designer to join our team. If you have experience in designing custom storage systems, cabinetry, and garage layouts—particularly with a background in a California Closets-style business—this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

• Design custom storage and organizational solutions for residential garages, including shelving, cabinets, overhead storage, and workstations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design functional spaces that meet their specific needs and lifestyle.
• Use design software to create detailed layout plans and 3D renderings that bring client visions to life.
• Provide clients with expert recommendations on materials, finishes, and organizational systems.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Manage design projects from initial consultation through to installation, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve design offerings and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a designer in custom storage systems, cabinetry, or organizational products (experience with California Closets or similar is preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering tools.
• Strong knowledge of garage organization systems, storage solutions, and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to balance design aesthetics and functionality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients and manage their expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for transforming spaces.
