Job Title: Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Job Category: Lactation Consultant Alternate Titles: Lactation Specialist Overview: Seeking an IBCLC-certified Lactation Consultant to support participants in lactation clinical trials. Role includes education, protocol adherence, and participant support during scheduled study visits. Key Responsibilities: + Provide lactation guidance per research protocols. + Assist with participant enrollment and data collection (including breast milk samples). + Document accurately and maintain compliance with FDA/GCP/ICH standards. + Collaborate with research teams and serve as an educational resource. Schedule: Start January 2026; on-site for training and participant check-ins (1-2 hrs per group). Planned Dates: + Jan 13, Feb 4, Feb 25, Mar 18, Apr 15 Qualifications: + Bachelor's in Nursing, Public Health, or related field; RN preferred. + IBCLC certification with current licensure. + Clinical research experience a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
