Currently, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a Land Development Project Manager to cover Central Florida and Orlando. The position will have 3 days onsite in Lakeland, FL and have flexibility to visit development sites throughout the Orlando area the other days. Here's what would make an ideal candidate...

Job Details

The successful candidate will have experience providing beginning-to-end supervision of land development projects, which involve the horizontal development of property from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential home building. You will work with local municipalities and government agencies to ensure land is developed in compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations. You will also review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in project management within the residential construction industry
• Production new home construction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Teams, and Share Point
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
