Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide day-to-day line support and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with production teams to perform problem solving and root cause analysis.

· Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing lean manufacturing principles.

· Drive cost reductions and yield improvements.

· Utilize project management tools to enhance productivity.

· Improve equipment capability and reliability.

· Identify opportunities for error proofing and implement effective solutions.

Essential Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

· Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.

· Proficiency in lean manufacturing and quality engineering.

· Experience with project management.

· 5-10 years of industry experience preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

· Previous experience in an operations or maintenance role.

· Lean manufacturing green or black belt certification.

Work Environment

• This is a dynamic engineering environment where you will spend the majority of your day on the floor doing maintenance and troubleshooting when supporting production. For project support, expect to spend 50-60% of your day on the floor.
