Are you looking for your new career? Sharon Care Center is now hiring a Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-LVN/LPN) to be the newest member of our awesome team!

Salary Range: [$45.00 to $48.00]

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As the Minimum Data Set (MDS LVN/LPN) , you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of this facility.

Must have:

• 1-3 years of MDS experience
• Nursing degree from accredited college
• Current and unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the state
• Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations and reimbursement governing long term care and Medicare participation
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to have:

• Experience providing care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PDPM
