RTD Services is a leading exterior maintenance company providing property solutions year-round - including snow removal, pressure washing, parking garage cleaning, striping and more. We're growing fast and are looking for a skilled, reliable full-time mechanic to join our team!
What You'll Do
- Maintain, repair and service company vehicles and equipment (trucks, plows, sweepers, pressure washers, diesel engines, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently
- Manage parts inventory and maintenance schedules
- Support our field teams to ensure minimal downtime and top-notch performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in vehicle and equipment repair (diesel and gas engines)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented and safety-focused
