Life Engagement Facilitator/ Activities Assistant
RiverWoods Exeter is currently hiring for a Life Engagement Facilitator (Activities Assistant) to join our Heathcare team and work with our residents towards leading a more active lifestyle and engage in programs and fun here at our campus. This is a part time position working at all 3 RiverWoods Exeter locations and has the possibility of work required some weekends.
We are looking for team members who will bring their best selves and specialty skills to our organization. Along with a “can do” attitude, we anticipate you being able to pivot and fill whatever role is needed to create a safe and caring environment for our residents and fellow teammates. A positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to teamwork are essential while meeting the needs of residents, staff, and visitors. Someone with skills in art, music, relaxation yoga and exercise is a plus. Computer skills also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with older adults, especially those with greater cognitive and physical support needs.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Continued education in related field preferred but not required
Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare or related field
CPR preferred, but not required
