1st Response Plumber & Flood Damage in National City, CA, a recognized leader in 24-hour emergency plumbing services, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Manager - Supervisor to join our dedicated estimating team full-time .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PLUMBING FIELD MANAGER - SUPERVISOR

• Develop and prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work for residential and commercial plumbing projects in a timely manner.
• Create moisture mappings, daily monitoring sheets, and Xactimate bids for review by insurance adjusters.
• Manage change orders and procure signatures for all supplemental work outside the original scope.
• Conduct quantity surveys from plans and job walks, ensuring thorough documentation and organization.
• Prepare and present proposal and bid documents to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and insurance partners, fostering positive relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Plumbing Field Manager - Supervisor

• Experience in preparing and developing estimates and scopes of work for residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in creating moisture mappings, daily monitoring sheets, and Xactimate bids for insurance review
• Ability to prepare and develop change orders promptly for existing projects
• Skilled in procuring signed change orders for supplemental work outside the original scope
• Competence in performing quantity surveys from plans and job walks, with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience in creating and preparing proposal and bid documents
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and insurance partners
• Proven track record in negotiating scopes of work with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim closures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing duties as assigned
