We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Print Production Manager to oversee our digital production operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Operations Manager, this role is vital in ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of digital fabrication, cutting, sewing, and related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement to support our manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities related to digital production, including cutting, digital fabrication, and sewing departments.
- Oversee scheduling, quality control, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate output.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate production data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop, modify, and implement standard operating procedures to enhance departmental performance.
- Coordinate workflow management to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
- Supervise staffing, including hiring, training, and performance management of administrative and production staff.
- Address administrative issues related to staff management and departmental operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Production
- Strong working knowledge of Digital production systems, techniques, and principles, preferred
- Ability to work weekends and long hours during peak production periods

- Manage large workloads, and maintain high quality and accuracy of work
- Meet deadlines and mitigate disruptions to workflow
- Demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with a diverse customers and internal customers such as creative and production departments
- Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Proficiency with PC’s to include knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), maintaining data bases, generating information, and tracking status using proprietary software
- Ability to develop creative solutions to client and internal problems and challenges
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner
- Strong priority and time management skills

Physical demands:
- PC/Keyboard: Position requires work on computers, using keyboards and viewing monitor
- Standing/Sitting: Standing/Sitting for lengthy periods of time
- Lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (Includes upward pulling) of up to 50 lbs
- Carrying: Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder
