Overview

The Search Engine Optimization Manager leads Humanscale’s SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth, develop keyword strategy, enhance search engine rankings, and increase organic conversion.

Essential Functions

• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategy, focusing on growth of Humanscale’s organic reach across global regions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify organic growth opportunities.
• Write and deploy tailored SEO content back with comprehensive keyword strategy and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, and Consulting teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web domains.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to organization stakeholders.
• Remain up to date on algorithm updates, AI changes, industry trends, and new SEO technologies to retain competitiveness.
• Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, identifying issues, and managing all resolutions to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of SEO experience with demonstrable understanding of SEO industry trends and best practices.
• Understanding of web development processes, testing, and SEO techniques across content, technical infrastructure, and international specifications.
• Able to communicate technical findings and business analysis clearly and effectively.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of HTML, SCHEMA markups, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery.
• Familiar with CMS platforms, site migrations, and international SEO setups.

Salary Range: $89,428-$130,441
