We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to take responsibility for the technological implementation and strategic development of our SaaS platform for health data in an international market environment. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by optimally aligning the performance of our platform products with the legal requirements and needs of service providers, patients and other players in the international healthcare market. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly influence the future of digital healthcare by developing world-class technology that enables better patient outcomes, increases efficiency in healthcare and meets strict legal requirements.

• You define the product positioning and target groups for the product modules and features
• You ensure that general business requirements are derived from the value proposition
• You create a strategic roadmap and ensure alignment to support and ensure timely product delivery
• You increase user satisfaction and optimize the product's adaptability in close collaboration with our key customers and partners
• You work closely with the product development, sales and marketing teams
• You collect and evaluate ideas and opinions from customers to derive product features with high business value
• You are responsible for providing product information for sales material of the products 
• You will provide input on product marketing strategies 
• You take care of the evaluation and prioritisation of feedback from strategic customers and partners 
• You have a degree in computer science, engineering or similar (MBA an advantage) 
• You have 5 years of experience in the healthcare or SaaS environment 
• You already have product management experience in the area of scalable SaaS platforms, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries
• You have in-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs and modern frameworks 
• You have expertise in healthcare interoperability standards (openEHR, HL7 FHIR) and regulatory requirements for data privacy and information security (EU GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS-2) 
• You have analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems 
• You have the ambition to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions while also considering user satisfaction and on-time delivery
• You are a strong team player and assertive communicator
