Position Summary
The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development cycle of residential condominium projects—from acquisition due diligence to design coordination, entitlement, construction oversight, and final delivery. This role requires extensive real estate development experience, strong leadership, and the proven ability to manage complex multi-year condo projects in New York City.
