Sous Chef Qualifications *Minimum of three years’ experience in high volume kitchen preferred. Any combination of education training or experience, Culinary, or Apprenticeship preferred *Extensive understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment *Able to manage time wisely and prioritize assignments to meet time restrictions of event REQUIRED *Able to manage your time as well as staff's time *Familiar with inventory count *Excellent communication skills *Ability to work in fast paced high stress environment *Enforcing the standards and sanitation of ServSafe *Able to multitask and complete culinary tasks simultaneously *Must be a self-driven cook/chef who is looking to grow their career *Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays REQUIRED If you want to work in a great, family-friendly work environment with the best view in Birmingham, apply with us.
