Position Summary
A successful Support Clerk is responsible for tasks including but not limited to: entering orders, processing updates, performing file preparation tasks such as Manual Data Checks or locating Prior Policies, resetting workflows, uploading documents, adding and deleting attachments, pulling DataVault notifications, performing delivery functions, importing and exporting from various software, creating invoices and other duties as assigned. Additionally, Support is responsible for processing large volumes of communications from our agents, so, if you can type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines, we’d like to meet you. For this role, it’s essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Reasoning Ability
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
