Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret tax laws for planning transactions
• Advise business units and deal teams on tax implications by consulting with tax experts
• Prepare or review financial models to illustrate tax consequences
• Act as the primary U.S. federal income tax point of contact and identify tax issues requiring expertise
• Draft and review tax provisions in deal documents
• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate (JD)
• At least 1 year of experience in tax law
• Must be a member in good standing of the state bar
