• TEKsystems is looking for a civil laborer that can jump in and help with the installation of telecom cables and equipment.
• It is a MUST that they have construction experience, and a professional growth mindset.
• Experience digging trenches, backhoe, green field construction and most importantly power tools common on construction sites.
• Experience with civil construction, roadway excavation, restoration, grass seeding, asphalt patching, etc.
• They should also be comfortable working with all types of tools. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast paced growing industry.
• They need to be comfortable working out in the field, and learning the wireless industry.
• They will be a part of a team that is helping with the construction of small cell sites, EV charging stations, etc. supporting Verizon, AT&T and Dish Network.
• They will be working with a journeyman, a master electrician, electrical helper, and or construction manger on various sights through out the BAWA market.
• They will be out in the field digging trenches, installing conduit, install concrete pads, restoration, backhoe, general labor, saw cutting, asphalt patching, etc.
• On days there is ice storms, heavy snow or wind and it is unsafe to work outside they will be able to work in the warehouse doing cabinet installations.

General Laborer:

• We are looking for someone who will be able to perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials (lumber, steel, conduits, concrete, etc.) and also able to assist skilled workers with material prep, clean up, etc.
• Requirements: valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift heavy objects (50+lbs), able to follow directions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
