About the job Travel Agent (Remote)


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote travel agents we are responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in making travel reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure accuracy in booking details and manage changes or cancellations as needed
• Maintain knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• No prior experience is needed; training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US
