• Location: Pikeville, KY 41501 (Eastern Kentucky)\n
• Facility: Level II Trauma Center, 340-bed hospital\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: September 22, 2025\n
• Shift: 4x12 hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (except orientation/holidays)\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100-$2250\n
• Weekend/Holiday: As needed for on-call rotation\n
• On-Call: 6-8 days per 6-week period\n
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing, Contract\n

\n\nCath Lab RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active KY or compact Registered Nurse license\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab RN\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required\n
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS (all required upon submittal)\n
• Proficiency with Epic EMR charting system\n
• Ability to float to other units as needed\n
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and resilience\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n

\n\nCath Lab RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures\n
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after cardiac procedures\n
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to urgent cardiac cases\n
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic electronic medical records\n
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and best practices in cardiac care\n
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment\n
