Job Description

No prior travel industry experience is required — we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact, delivering high-touch concierge-level service to travelers from planning to departure.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online submissions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Research and book customized travel experiences, including domestic and international flights, hotels, cruises, tours, car rentals, and more.

  • Collaborate with leading travel partners such as Expedia, Delta, Princess Cruises, Universal Studios, Avis, and others.

  • Learn to navigate various travel booking platforms and tools.

  • Calculate trip pricing, including adjustments and add-ons.

  • Process payments and provide e-tickets to clients securely.

Qualifications:

  • No prior travel experience required — full training is provided.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
