Nesco Resource is hiring Boxers and Packers for the Shelbyville, TN area! Both day and night shifts available.
STARTING PAY: $15 - $16

PRIMARY ROLE: Assist Machine Operators operate ink/stamping machines (similar to printing press). Check for quality and box up items to then go to shipping department. Also involves standing for long periods.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Need to have a working knowledge of all equipment, machinery, procedures, processes and paperwork within the department, or ability to learn.
Paper sheeting operator experience preferred.
Mental/Visual Demands Continuous mental and visual attention, requiring constant alertness, activity and attention to detail.
Must follow safety guidelines.
Must be able to work within the physical requirements as listed below.
Must be team minded and positive in all interactions with employees at every level.
Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Need to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be a self-starter with demonstrated decision making ability.
Must possess good attendance and performance record in current position.
Must be able to work in team environment and have ability to direct crew.
Must have ability to accurately read a tape measure within 1/32 of an inch.
Must have mechanical ability and provide maintenance support for department machines.
Able to read a tape measure.
40 hour work week
