Step 1: The introductory interview — We want to learn about your career, what you're looking for in your next role, and why you're excited about Havenly. This is also a great time for you to ask questions and get to know us. Step 2: The manager interview — Next, you’ll speak with the hiring manager for the role. We’ll do a deep dive into the specifics of the job and the organization as a whole. Make sure to bring all of your nitty-gritty questions. Step 3: The experiential interview — Next, you get the opportunity to show off your skills and see what it’s like to work in this role. This could mean a take home project, a case interview, or a live working session with your manager. Step 4: The team interview — Now is the time to meet some of the people that you'll be working with. This could be members of your own team, cross-functional team members, direct reports, or members of our executive team. Each person you meet will share their perspective on the company, our culture, and the specific role. Step 5: The offer — Yay, we made it!
