Job Title: Orthodontic Practice Manager
Location: Greater Chattanooga Orthodontics – Chattanooga, TN

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-loving, people-focused Practice Manager to help our orthodontic practice run like a well-oiled (and well-braced) machine. If you’re the type who thrives on organization, loves helping people, and can juggle tasks with a smile, this might be your perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, inspire, and support our amazing team (hiring, training, scheduling, HR).

• Keep our patients smiling by ensuring a smooth, friendly front desk experience from check-in to check-out.

• Oversee billing, insurance, and collections like a pro.

• Keep the doctor in the loop with daily updates and help the practice hit its goals.

• Coordinate marketing, patient engagement, and relationships with referring dentists.

• Keep the office running smoothly, stocked, and sparkling.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural leader with at least 5 years of management experience (dental/orthodontic preferred).

• Strong people skills, great communicator, and cool under pressure.

• Tech-savvy with solid Google Suite and practice management software skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to turn chaos into calm.
