We are seeking a Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical services in our clinics located in Jefferson City, Columbia, and Rolla, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of 20 staff members
• Management experience with scheduling, patient services, procedures, chart preparation, clinic flow, staff scheduling, managing PTO
• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Schedule patients for plan of care and discuss financial responsibility with patient, insurance payments, and expected out of pocket financial responsibility.
• Manage claim submission, post insurance payments, post patient payments and monitors payment plans.
• Work collaboratively with physician to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Determines insurance eligibility, predetermination, documents authorization
• Reviews chart documentation
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous 2 years experience in healthcare or other medical clinics
• Experience in a managerial role 2 years
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Mastery in Office 365
• Ability to manage daily deadlines

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $72,000 - $94,000 annual salary

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

Work Location: In person (This is NOT remote), Jefferson City, Columbia, and Rolla locations
