Senior Developer, Business Intelligence - Data Services | US Citizens or Green Card Only

GlobalSource Collective has a client seeking a Senior Developer, BI Data Services, to take the lead in building enterprise-grade data systems that empower data-driven decision-making.
This is a Full-time hybrid onsite role in the Los Angeles, CA, Newark, CA, Santa Anna, Casey, SC, or Swedesboro, NJ locations.
What You’ll Do
Design & Implement: Build and optimize scalable data solutions, including warehouses, marts, and lakes, across cloud and on-premise platforms.
Develop ETL/ELT: Analyze, map, and manage data pipelines and transformations to ensure smooth integration and performance.
Drive BI Strategy: Create impactful dashboards, reports, and queries using tools like SAP BW, PowerBI, and Business Objects.
Collaborate & Optimize: Partner with business stakeholders to refine data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless BI application support.
Innovate: Stay ahead of emerging tools and technologies and deliver workshops to enhance organizational data literacy.
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years in BI/Data Engineering with expertise in SAP BW, data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and tools like PowerBI is a plus.
- Good knowledge of building data warehouses, data lakes, pipelines, and datasets
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA modeling, ABAP/4, AMDP, and BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Solid knowledge of Python, R, Particularly for ETL or Data Science related tasks
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver innovative solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
